Welcome reception
The welcome reception is open to all attendees and will take place on Wednesday 9 July. The reception will take place in the exhibition between 6pm – 7pm and is the perfect opportunity to catch up with colleagues and friends and view poster presentations. Everyone is welcome and attendance is included in your registration.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will take place at the Bournemouth Pavilion Ballroom and start with a welcome drink from 7.30pm for an 8.00pm dinner. Tickets are available to purchase, at £65 plus VAT, when making a conference booking and please note that places are limited.
Wellbeing activities
Fun run on the beach
An early morning fun run or walk will take place along Bournemouth seafront on Thursday 10 July at 7.45am. Enjoy Bournemouth beach before the first session of the day.
